Chi-Town

Chicago, Illinois has a perfect mix of downtown charm and glamor, with a hip urban city vibe. Chicago's nightlife can offer any traveler a perfect night on the town. If the Cubs are in town, one trademark Chicago destination is Wrigley Field. Win or lose, the Cubs spirit will have you rooting for the home team and bleacher tickets won't break your wallet. Chicago is also home to not one, but two skyscrapers that deliver a full view of the city's skyline, the Sears Tower and the Hancock Building. During cocktail hour, go to the Hancock Building for a dirty martini at the Signature Room Lounge. In the mood for a laugh? The historic Second City Comedy Club can deliver! Second City is know for amazing improv comedy and has many alumni who have gone on to star on Saturday Night Live. Two words: Da Bears. On a cold Chicago evening, The Chicago Bears can warm your heart. The local NFL football team plays in the heart of the city and the fans are some of the most loyal in the country.

Chicago, which locals fondly call Chi-town, offers a plethora of bars and nightclubs. Rush Street and Division in Downtown Chicago is a very elite crowd and many grab a drink at Tavern on Rush, and then go across the street to the Hunt Club to dance and mingle. The great music and large crowd at Hunt Club are always a hit. If, however, a Cubs game is on the agenda, drop into Bar Louie or the Cubby Bear afterwards to celebrate with Chi-town's biggest fans. Afterwards, head to Lincoln Park and check out the Waterloo for live music and local atmosphere. To end the night, walk to Clark Street and find a local legend, Wiener Circle. Not only are the hot dogs and fries a great end to the evening, the cashiers will leave you laughing for days. After a long night of fun, no place does mimosas, bacon, and eggs better than Duffy's. It's a brunch so affordable you could buy two, but there's no need.
